Healthy Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsalmond flour
  2. 1/2 cupvanilla protein powder
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspsea salt
  6. 1/2 cupfull fat Greek yogurt
  7. 1/2 cupmaple syrup
  8. 3ripe bananas mashed
  9. 2large eggs
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract
  11. 2/3 cupchocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    In large bowl mix together dry ingredients: oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix together your bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, maple syrup & vanilla extract

  4. 4

    Gradually pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stir until combined

  5. 5

    Fold in chocolate chips then pour in baking pan or muffin tins

  6. 6

    Bake loaf for 55m, muffins for 25m and enjoy
