A great Tea-Time falahari snack made with fluffy Tapioca /sabudana or sago, potatoes, peanuts. It is a light and airy snack. An interesting mix of flavours and crisp texture, this Sabudana ball is a pleasure to have during Shivratri fasting.
Steps

Peel and mash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Peel and grate ginger.

Clean tapioca pearls in a kitchen towel and remove its powder and clean thoroughly.

Now transfer it to a grinder and grind to a fine powder.

Dry roast peanuts in a wok. Remove its skin and coarsely grind in a mixer on pulse mode

Add sago powder in mashed potatoes. Add chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, grinded peanuts, salt, black pepper and green chilli and mix it well and make a dough.

Take a portion of dough and make a lemon size ball. Likewise make all the balls.

Heat pure ghee in a wok and deep fry balls till golden brown colour.

Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
