Mango Bango is a perfect Dessert from Philippines. It's an excellent option for Potluck's, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, Birthdays or any special occasions in your families. It's a no mess Dessert. Done in no time at all. Any Mango can be used for this but I made this amazing looking Dessert using Alphonso Mangoes.
A Filipino Dessert that's creamy, tropical and fresh. Plus it's a great Dessert for all Mango lovers. And especially those who love Alphonso Mangoes. Condensed, Coconut and Evaporated milk are the three different milks used in this Dessert. Plus Tapioca pearls or Sago along with Mangoes make the complete picture of this flavourful Dessert.

Nata de Coco is a well known foodstuff chewy, transparent and jelly like produced by the fermentation of Coconut water which gels through the production of Microbial Cellulose by Acetobacter Xylinum. It is high in Fibre content and low in Cholesterol. Nata de Coco can be consumed on a daily basis but people with Diabetes need to take care but can enjoy it in moderation. Otherwise it's absolutely safe. It also has Vitamins like B, B1, B2, C as well and improves the immunity in Children. Nowadays it's found in so many flavours and shapes. It can be enjoyed raw and is therefore extensively used in garnishing too. It's used in Salads, Desserts, Ice-creams, Yoghurt and many beverages as well.
