Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer
  2. 2-3bread (brown or white)
  3. 4 tbsppowdered sugar
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1/2 cupAlphonso mango pulp
  6. 2 cuprabdi
  7. oil
  8. bread crum
  9. 1 tbspchopped dry fruits

    In a mixing bowl take paneer to this add slightly soaked bread and powdered sugar.knead a soft dough and keep aside.

    Meanwhile blend Alphonso mango chunks into a blender and keep aside.To make Rabdi boil milk in a deep pan and add sugar and cook stirring continuously till milk is thickened. Cool down to room temperature.Now add mango purée and mix well.

    Alphonso mango Rabdi is ready

    In a pan heat oil. Now divide the paneer dough into equal portion and shape into balls and roll in bread crums.

    Now fry these paneer balls on a medium flame until golden brown.

    Transfer paneer balls on kitchen tissue paper.

    Now pour the Alphonso mango Rabdi into serving plate or bowl and place the paneer balls on top and garnish with chopped dry fruits and sprinkle some saffron strands.Paneer balls in Alphonso mango Rabdi is ready to eat.
