  3. 1 tbsphoney
  4. 1/2 cupyogurt
  5. Salt to taste

    First upon put the grapes dates into a blender jar honey and yogurt and blend.

    Ready grapes dates smoothie.

    Chilled for about 30minutes,then pour into glass at once and serve cold and glasses.
