  • 4-5medium strawberries
  • 15-20blueberries
  • 1 tablespoonhoney

    1) Preparation: Wash the fruit and freeze it to make frozen fruit. 2) Place the low-fat yogurt, frozen fruit, and honey into a blender (adjust the amount of honey based on your preferred sweetness). 3) Blend until smooth, and it's ready to serve.
