  1. 1 cupmoong
  2. 1medium size onion chopped
  3. 1medium size Tomato chopped
  4. 1medium size green chilli chopped
  5. 1 table spooncumin
  6. 1 tablespoongaram masala powder
  7. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  8. Oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong for 10 minutes and rinse it off and cooked in pressure cooker 2 whistle. Keep it aside

    Now heat kadai with oil. Now add cumin onion and shallow fry it.

    Now add tomato and fry it till tomato cooked well.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled moong and fry for while.

  5. 5

    Now add turmeric,salt and garam masala powder and mix it well.and serve with hot.
