Today I have made tasty delicious pulao. This exiting and flavoured recipe is made with long grain basmati rice and coconut milk. It is an ideal lunch box or tiffin box recipe. As such, it doesn't need any perticular side dish. It's fantastic tastes when served with curd or raita.

Today I have made tasty delicious pulao. This exiting and flavoured recipe is made with long grain basmati rice and coconut milk. It is an ideal lunch box or tiffin box recipe. As such, it doesn't need any perticular side dish. It's fantastic tastes when served with curd or raita.

Heat ghee in a kadai add cumin seeds let them splutter then add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, and cashew nuts, fry them then add chopped onion and fry lightly then add chopped carrots and peas mix it and cook.

Now add salt, mint leaves, cook 2 minutes, turns aromatic then add coconut milk, when boil the milk, add soaked basmati rice mix it well.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes, once rice is done, now add chopped coriander leaves and mix it gently then Switch off the flame. Non sticky coconut milk pulao is ready.

Serve hot pulao with curd.
