Clean,wash and Soak black beans for 6-8 hours.

Pressure cook.make 6-8 whistle. In a pan heat oil add hing, curry leaves, green chilli, turmeric..add boiled black beans.add red chilli powder.

Add sour buttermilk.mix well.boil for 10 -15 minutes on low flame.add chopped coriander leaves.serve hot.
