Ingredients

  1. 1 BowlKuttu Flour
  2. 1/2 Tbsp Rock Salt
  3. 1/2 TbspBlack Pepper Powder
  4. 2Boiled Potato For Stuffing
  5. 1-2 Chopped Green Chilli
  6. 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  7. 1 GlassWater
  8. 1/4 BowlGhee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Adjust water according to the quantity. Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease with ghee. Pour batter on the tawa and spread gently.

    Let it cook for 1-2 minute for medium flame. Flip it and cook for both sides till golden brown and crispy. Spread stuffing on it. Then roll it.

    Kuttu Dosa is ready now. Serve hot with green chutney, curd and falahari sabji and enjoy.......😋😋
