Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbuckwheat flour /kuttu aata
  2. As requiredWater for batter
  3. 3 tbspCurd
  4. to tasteSendha namak
  5. For filling :
  6. 3 medium sized potatoes
  7. 2Green chillies
  8. 1 spoonghee
  9. to tasteSendha namak/ rock salt
  10. 1 tspDhaniya powder
  11. as requiredcoriander leaves ,chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, add buckwheat flour to it. Add curd, salt, and water. Mix it well so that no lumps are formed. Make it flowy consistency. Keep it aside.

    For potato filling: take a pan, heat oil in a pan, add dhania powder. We don't eat cumin seeds so I don't add if you prefer then can add.

    When it turns golden brown then add potatoes, salt, chilli, and any other masala which you eat. Mix it well cook for 2-3 more minutes and switch off the flame.

    Now apply little oil on nonstick tawa. Heat it and spread 1 ladle full of batter on it. Wait for 3-4 minutes and then change the side. Cook from both sides.

    Now apply filling on it. Roll it and serve with curd and green chutney.
