Ingredients

Prep -10 mins,Rest -10 minCook time -15 mins
2 servings
  1. 1 cupbuckwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupoats flour
  3. 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  4. 2-3 Tbspmaple syrup
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 2 Tbspprotein eggs (1 Tbsp flax seeds + 1 Tbsp warm water)
  7. Garnish with coconut yogurt, banana slices, raisins, maple syrup

    For Dry ingredients - In a bowl add buckwheat flour, oats flour, baking powder and mix well

    For Wet ingredients - In a bowl add flax eggs, coconut milk, maple syrup and whisk well.

    Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk well, rest for 10 mins

    In a pan take a ladle of the batter and add on medium flame, let bubble’s evolve, flip and let bubbles evolve, set aside - complete the batches

    Plate the Pancakes, top with coconut yogurt, banana slices, raisins and drizzle maple syrup - enjoy with a cuppa
