  1. 1medium size cucumber
  2. Coriander leaves
  3. Mint (pudina) leaves
  4. Rock salt
  5. 1/2 tspLemon juice
  6. Chat masala (optional)
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. 2,3ice cubes

    Wash the cucumber and peel it.

    Cut cucumber in a pieces.

    In ablender add cucumber pieces, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves,1/2 cup of water.

    Blend until smooth.

    Add Leamon juice, rock salt, chat masala. Ice cubes.

    Cucumber juice is ready to serve.

    Consum juice immediately to get maximum benifits.
