  1. 1small bunch of red amranath bhaji
  2. 1/2 cuprice flour
  3. 1/4 cup besan
  4. 1 table spoon sesame seeds
  5. 1/2 tspoon carom seeds
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 chilli powder
  8. 1 tspoon coriander powder
  9. Salt

    Clean, wash and cut amranath bhaji.

    In a mixing bowl add Rice flour, besan, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder sesame seeds, carom seeds and salt.

    To this add bhaji.Mix well and knead soft dough.

    Heat oil in a pan.Make vada in plastic sheet.Fry vada in oil till golden brown.

    Serve hot with curd and mint Very tasty dish is ready for brunch or dinner.
