Ingredients

  1. Halfsmall chicken,chop it
  2. 2chayote
  3. slicesSome ginger
  4. slicesSome garlic
  5. Dashground black pepper
  6. Halftsp fish sauce
  7. Cooking oil for stir fry
  8. 2 glasseswater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in wok.Then add in chicken slices and sautee until golden brown.

    Then add in ginger and garlic,continue mixing until aromatic.

  3. 3

    Pour water and let it boil,next the fish sauce and black pepper.Then the chayote.

    Simmer until done.
