Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupchopped fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 cupmatar/peas
  3. 4 tbspchopped green garlic
  4. 4 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  5. 8-10mint leaves
  6. 2tomato puree
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. 4 tbspchopped green onion
  9. 6-7garlic cloves chopped
  10. 4 tbspmalai/cream
  11. to taste salt
  12. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tspjaggery
  15. 1 tbspgreen chili ginger garlic paste
  16. 1 tspgaram masala
  17. 8-10cashews tukda
  18. 2 tspghee
  19. 1 tspcumin seeds
  20. Pinchasafoetida

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients,wash chopped fenugreek leaves,mutter,coriander,green garlic,etc,boil mutter.Turn on gas,put a pan,add 2 tsp ghee,add cumin seeds,asafoetida.

    Add chopped onion, garlic in heat ghee,sauté it for 2 minutes,add green onion,sauté,then add tomato purée stir for 2 minutes.

    Now add boiled mutter,stir it,add fenugreek leaves,green garlic,add 1/2 cup boiled mutter water, add salt,turmeric,coriander powder,jeggery, green chili garlic ginger paste,cashew tukda,mix all well,cook for 5 minutes.

    Now add malai,cook 2 minutes.Take out in bowl,decorate with mutter,coriander,malai,& fenugreek leaves.

    Our yummy bhaji is ready to serve.Eat with paratha,rice,bread or nan.(your choice)
