Whenever I feel like I am too tired to cook, I make this. It is simple, filling, and tasty.
Cooking Instructions

Stir-fry onion until translucent, using low heat.
- 2
Using medium heat, add potatoes. Stir from time to time until the potatoes are half-cooked.

Add ground beef and mix from time to time until the color changes. Remove excess oil.
- 4
Add bell pepper, tomato, celery.
- 5
Add homemade mild rub. Taste to adjust the taste.
