Ingredients

3 servings
  • 300 mlthinly sliced beef (I used sirloin)
  • 1 cupsliced celery (use the bottom part)
  • 2 tbspshoyu
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tsppaprika flakes
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir-fry garlic paste with oil in low heat.

  2. 2

    Add thinly sliced beef one by one and mix well.

  3. 3

    When the color of the beef has changed, add celery.

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover for five minutes.
