Cooking Instructions

Firstly heat up your red oil for 5 seconds after which you place your chopped onions, pepper and ground crayfish then turn off the heat and allow to cool off.

Then put the okiri and ugba stirred together and your ugba sauce is ready.

Feel free to pair with whatever you like,i paired mine with sweet potato and my left over haked fish, the taste was heavenly.

This particular chutney my mom learned in a cooking class, in the early 60's.. but post marriage she hadn't made it. Not once in 35 years!
