My mom is my inspiration to always make remake of left overs. She does magic with this.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 bowlLeft over dal
  2. As required Egg as per the quantity of dal left (I used 2 eggs)
  3. 1 tspJeera
  4. 1 tspDhaniya powder
  5. As per taste Chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tbsp maggi masala powder
  8. 2 tspGinger garlic paste as per the quantity of eggs(1 teaspoon used)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all powder masalas. Make it 1 tablespoon

  2. 2

    Break two eggs and beat it very well with the masala mix to avoid lumps.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste to the egg mixture. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Preheat the dal well and pour the egg mix gradually once the dal is hot.

  5. 5

    Keep stiring continously while pouring egg mix.

  6. 6

    Once egg is done, serve hot and garnish with paprika,pepper or chilli flakes.
