The sauce is delicious with a lot of it added in.If you're planning on using this in a bento, use less mayonnaise and season well with salt and pepper to avoid the flavor turning bland. I recommend raspberry walnut Vinaigrette for the dressing

The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!

I don't like too tangy of cucumber salad. This salad is just right but I am sure that if it is too tangy you could add more water and if it is not tangy enough just add more vinegar.

When my daughter is 17 I took her to the only Morrocan restaurant which was about an hour and a half from my home. She is Really like to taste all different cultures when I was in my early 20s I used to eat at a Moroccan restaurant when I go on a date it was a lot of fun tasted great. The night we went out to dinner it just did not taste the same as it did 40 years ago. my daughter knows whenever I eat out I can always I can make this better and that’s what I did.
