Ingredients

  • 6fillets hake fish
  • 1 teaspoonfish spice
  • Sprinkle rosemary
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 3/4 cupfresh milk
  • Sprinkle aromat
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat together milk and egg then add spices

  2. 2

    Add the aromat to your flour

  3. 3

    Pre- heat oil

  4. 4

    Dip fish in milk and coat in the flour mix then carefully place into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, crisp and cooked through.
