brown ground beef in a 12 inch cast iron skillet on medium heat

season meat with salt and pepper to taste

onion and bell pepper add to meat cook until soft

add minced garlic and cook for a couple of minutes

add rest of ingredients and mix together

turn heat to low and cover, cook for 30 to 45 minutes until potatoes are soft but not mushy.

uncover turn up heat to meduim and brown potatoes.

serve with ketchup and hot sauce of your choice. Can be served as main dish or goes really good with eggs for breakfast. Do not not drain fat from meat between the onions, bell peppers and potatoes there will be no fat left.
