Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except water) in a small pot.

Mix on stove until sugar is dissolved.

Spoon off some of the foam.

Pour liquid through strainer.

Pour water through strainer.

Stir. (Taste and add more ingredients if necessary.) Pour into glass bottle or pitcher (using funnel if necessary).

Chill in fridge. (To chill faster put it under cold water or in freezer.)
