Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupwheat floor
  2. 4 tspsemolina
  3. 2 tspoil (for moyan)
  4. As needed Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and make dough

    Rest the dough for half an hour

  3. 3

    Roll it like a roti and cut small round shape cutter or any cup of bottle

  4. 4

    Keep all golgappe on kitchen towel

  5. 5

    Deep fry all golgappe gently
