Ingredients

  1. 12eggs
  2. 3garlic cloves
  3. 2gree onions
  4. 1/2red onion diced
  5. 1/4 cupmayo
  6. pinchcelery seed
  7. 4 teaspoonblack truffle oil
  8. Sliced smoked lox
  9. 1 tablespoonparsley
  10. 1 tablespoondiced red pepper
  11. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  12. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Hard boil eggs

  2. 2

    Peal and cut eggs in half. Add yokes to a bowl along with all other ingredients

  3. 3

    Use potato smasher, mix till all ingredients are smooth

  4. 4

    And filling to a piping bag our use a zip lock bag

  5. 5

    Pipe filling into egg white halves

  6. 6

    Add lox pieces

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped parsley and smoked paprika
