Ingredients

  1. 4fish(whole)
  2. 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoondhaniya powder
  4. 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  5. 1 teaspoonnigella seeds
  6. 3-4green chillies
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. To tastesalt
  9. As neededoil
  10. As neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok,deep fry the fish from both the sides,keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add nigella seeds and slitted green chilli to temper

  4. 4

    Add jeera dhaniya powder and red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Pour water and give a boil

  7. 7

    Add the fried fish and cover it for few minutes or till it becomes soft

  8. 8

    The fish curry is ready to serve with steaming hot rice
