  1. 4 pcsKoi fish
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 2 teaspoonschopped garlic
  4. 2 tablespoonstomato puree
  5. 1 teaspoonHaldi and 2 pinches more
  6. 1 teaspoondhania powder
  7. 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  8. 2 pincheskalonji seeds
  9. 3Slit Chillies
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash fish nicely and rub Haldi and salt on it

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the fishes well. Keep aside

  3. 3

    In the same oil, add kalonji seeds till they splutter

  4. 4

    Put in onions and garlic and fry. Add chillies. Stir

  5. 5

    Add all masalas and salt.

  6. 6

    Add tomato puree and fry till oil leave sides.

  7. 7

    Add 1 1/2 cups water and bring to boil.

  8. 8

    Put in the fried fishes and simmer till gravy dries up.

  9. 9

    Serve hot.
