Ingredients

15 servings
  1. 15-20pitteddates
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 10-15Chopped almonds
  4. 10-15Chopped cashews
  5. 10Chopped unsalted pistachios
  6. Poppy seeds to coat
  7. 2 tbspMilk (only if required)(depends on quality of dates)

Cooking Instructions

    First of all deseed all the dates.

    Grind to coarse paste in processer.

  3. 3

    Heat butter and add dates mixture.,stir for few mins.

  4. 4

    Add chopped nuts one by one.

  5. 5

    Within few minutes u will get dough like structure let it cool a bit.

    At this stage of you feel your mixture is too dry u can add few spoons of milk to get dough like structure.

  7. 7

    Now grease your hands with butter and make roll out of it.

  8. 8

    Coat this roll in poppy seeds and let it cool in fridge for an hour.

    Finally cut into pieces and ur power packed dates bites are ready.
