Take a pan and boil the milk

Once it boils add chopped dates and let it simmer about 7-8 mins.

Now add sugar and let it boil for 5-10 mins

Now add all the dry fruits, elaichi powder and in room temperature let it cool.

Take another pan and add ghee. Add grated apples. Cook in medium flame for 8-9 mins until it’s moisture has evaporated

Now let the mixture to cool down completely

Now when both the mixture have completely cool down. Add the apple mixture into the milk.

Make sure both the mixture is cool completely. If it’s hot the milk will get ruined.

Enjoy your dates and Apple kheer. Serve chilled.
