Ingredients

  1. 100 gmTamarind
  2. 1/2 cupDates
  3. to tasteJaggery / sugar
  4. As neededWater
  5. 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspSaunf powder
  8. 1/2 tspBlack salt
  9. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  10. 5-6Black pepper
  11. 5spicy
  12. 2bay leaf
  13. 2Dry red chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Tamarind ko bhigo ke rakhe half hr ke lie.

  2. 2

    Kadhai me dates,bhiga hua tamarind,jaggery/sugar,black salt,chilli powder or sare spicy mile de or thode(half)cup pani ke sath boil karein pani sukhne tak.(15min)

    Fr thoda sa thanda hone ke baad tamarind ko seeds se nikal ke use blend karein.

    Ek kadhai me oil dale(1tsp) usme 5spicy(jeera,saunf,chironji,mustard seeds,methi) sb mila hua 1tspn,tezpatta(1/2),dry red chilli(1) dalke tadka lagaye chutney ko(chutney ke upar dal de or mix karle.

    Or fr garam garam puri/chat ke sath ise serve karein..
