It is a famous snack of Bengal specially made with egg and minced mutton along with some spices

Ingredients

25 minute
  1. 2eggs cut into two halves
  2. 200 gramsminced mutton
  3. 1potato cut into cubes
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1onion cut into rings
  6. 1/2 tspginger paste
  7. 1 tspgarlic paste
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1 tsproasted masala(cumin red chilli whole garam masala)
  11. 1beet root cut into strips
  12. 1carrot cut into strips
  13. To tastesalt and sugar
  14. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    At first boil the keema along with potato garam masala onion and garlc cloves

  2. 2

    Heat oil add onion ginger and garlic saute well

  3. 3

    Add the boiled keema saute well adding green chilli salt and sugar

  4. 4

    Add black pepper and fried masala

  5. 5

    Remove it from heat and let it cool

  6. 6

    Now cover the egg with the mixture

  7. 7

    Roll it over the biscuit crumb and rest it in a refrigerater

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with onion rings and strips of carrot and beetroot

  9. 9

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the devils
