Ingredients

30 minutes.
4servings.
  1. For samosa:
  2. 1 cupmaida/ all purpose flour
  3. 3 tablespoonoil
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsoda bicarb
  6. 1 teaspoonoil
  7. For stuffing:
  8. 1 cupminced mutton
  9. 1 tablespoonoil
  10. 2 tablespoonchopped onion
  11. 1 teaspoonred chilli
  12. 1 teaspoonsalt
  13. 1-2chopped green chillies
  14. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  15. 200 mloil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes.

    Make a soft dough of maida,cover and leave for 20 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan,fry chopped onion and add minced mutton,mix.Add all spices and one cup water cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

    Dry if any water remains.Add chopped coriander leaves.

    Make puris of dough,add1table spoon keema,fold and deep fry till golden.Serve.
