Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 Tbspdry active yeast
  3. 2 Tbspvegetable oil or butter
  4. 2 TbspSugar
  5. 1 TbspSalt
  6. 1 Cupwarm water 110°

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve the yeast in water and wait for 5 mins then add all ingredients.

    On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl and turn once to grease the top. Cover and let it rise for 2 hours.

    Punch down the dough. Knead the dough in a lightly floured surface. Mould into a 🍞 shape and place in a greased tin. Let it rise again for 30mins. Bake for 30-45mins at 375°. Let it cool on the rack.
