Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  3. Little more for dusting
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspdry active yeast
  7. 1/2 cupwarm milk
  8. 1/2 cupwarm water
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. Vegetables as per choice
  11. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a cup take lukewarm water n add sugar and yeast. Mix and cover it. Leave it in a dark and warm place to let the yeast prove.

    Take out after 10-15 minutes it’ll become frothy.

    In a big bowl take flour, add salt and yeast mixture. Add 1 tbsp of oil and mix nicely. Gradually add milk and knead the dough.

    Grease hands and knead the dough. Also grease the bowl in which you are going to keep the dough.

    Cover with cling wrap n keep the bowl in a warm place for approximately an hour or till it doubles in size.

    Take it out on a dusted kitchen platform n knock out the air. knead again for 2..3 minutes.

    Now roll out the dough in desired shape and place on a greased baking tray.

    Meanwhile cut the veggies for the topping n pre heat the oven on 160 for 10 minutes.

    For the toppings I have used chopped onion, capsicum, green olives and tomatoes. Grease the rolled bread with some butter and Place the vegetables sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste

    Sprinkle some dried oregano all over. Lightly press all the vegetables n place the baking tray in a pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes.

    Take out when the bread gets a nice golden crust.

    Enjoy with ketchup.
