作り方

Lay a sheet in 15cm whole cake mold. Warm the oven 160℃.

Put some water on the baking tray, make steam in the oven.

Put milk and cream cheese in a pan, simmer and melt it.

Put yolks, liqueur and half of sugar in the bowl and mix.

Mix flour well.
Whip the egg whites in another bowl. - 7
Gradually add leftover sugar, whip well and make meringue.

Put meringue into the bowl of cheese and mix softly.

Put the mixture into a mold, and bake it 60 minutes.

After baked, let it cool keeping in the mold.
