Prepare all the ingredients!

If you use COLD leftover rice, don't forget to nuke it well.

Put oil in a wok over medium heat, add tuna.

Cook until tuna gets crispy (tuna may splash, be carful!).

Stir scallion/peas/corn then cook until scallion is wilted.

Stir in curry powder. Cook 1 min, then add warm rice.

Stir until everything is combined.

Stir in rest of the seasoning, then mix well. Serve!

One hazardous moment is while cooking tuna, but this risk can get you a nice meaty texture for your fried rice!
