Cut chicken, vegetables and mushrooms into 1cm dice. Stir fry them with oil.

When half cooked, turn heat to low and add ketchup and chicken soup stock.

Add sugar, salt, and pepper.

When chicken is cooked, add butter and then add rice and mix until rice looks shiny.

Beat egg/eggs in a bowl and put it in a pan. Make 1 crape like sheet per person.

Add rice in the middle of egg and cover with egg.

Serve with ketchup.
