    Fry onions, add spices. (I used curry powder, thyme and masala)

    Add potatoes and dhania stalk and toss for a bit, then add tomatoes and simmer.

    Add courgette and carrots. You can add abit of royco and water, and simmer till potatoes are cooked.

  4. 4

    Add dhania leaves and serve with rice or chapati😋😋
