Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken on the bone
  2. 2onions chopped
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/3 cupoil
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 3/4 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  9. 1knorr chicken cube
  10. Chopped dhania
  11. 1 tspwhole cumin
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 3tomatoes pureed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a cooking pot add oil, cumin. Then add onions and cook till almost brown

  2. 2

    Now add the chicken then all the other ingredients. Add water, for stew

  3. 3

    Mix well cover and let this simmer on medium heat for 30 mins. Or till done

  4. 4

    Once done add dhania and serve with choice of condiments
