Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. Warm water
  3. 1 tspyeast
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom
  5. 3 tbssugar
  6. Oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients

    Add in warm water slowly while mixing with a wooden spoon or mixer

  3. 3

    Beat the mixture until it looks smooth and slightly heavier than porridge

  4. 4

    Cover it and let it rise for about half an hour ot until it doubles in sizes

  5. 5

    Heat oil, then pick small portions with ur hands and drop in the hot oil

  6. 6

    Stir the Kaimati continuously so that they colour evenly..

  7. 7

    Enjoy with a cup of tea
