Pilau, beef stew, carroted cabbage and chapati

Ingredients

6servings
  1. 3large onion chopped finely
  2. Pilau masala(dark)
  3. 1\2 cup vegetable oil
  4. Large ginger
  5. 6 clovesgarlic
  6. Royco cube chicken and beef flavour
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 3 cupsrice
  9. Tomato paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil,add the finely chopped onions fry until golden brown

  2. 2

    Ground ginger garlic then mix in the spices(pilau masala,royco cubes),add to the fried onions

  3. 3

    Mix well add tomato paste add your beef if you don't do beef just go with the rice, mix well

  4. 4

    Measure water in equivalent to the cups of rice 6 cups of water for 3 glass of rice. Add salt to taste

  5. 5

    Heat to boil until water dries completely
