Cooking Instructions

Stuffing- (1)Mix smashed paneer with capsicum, salt and pepper. (2)Mix grated onions and green chillies.

Wash and soak the lentils in enough water for 3hours.

Drain the water. Grind the dal with chillies, ginger and a little water. Preparation a smooth paste.

Add salt and coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.
- 5
Heat a pan, take a ladle full of batter and pour at the centre of the pan. Spread the batter to make a thin round shaped chilla.

Pour 1tsp mustard oil at the edges of the chilla, and cook from both sides until golden brown.

After flipping second time add the filling and spread all over the chilla.

Fold the chilla and serve with lehsun ki chutney, aam ki chutney or dhaniye ki chutney.
