Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 3 cupswater for the rice
  3. Cooking oil
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1/2 tbspginger
  7. 1zucchini grated and squeezed
  8. 1eggplant cut into
  9. 1tomato
  10. 3carrots sliced into small pieces
  11. 4large potatoes diced into your desired shapes
  12. 1 tbspcurry powder
  13. 4 tbspmilk
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1small green capsicum
  16. 1 cupfrench beans

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your rice until well cooked

  2. 2

    Put your sufuria on fire, add oil then the onions and fry a bit dont let it to be brown,, add ginger garlic paste and stir,, add your zucchini stir a little then eggplant and let it fry for 2 minutes while you keep stirring to avoid them sticking to your sufuria because of the garlic ginger paste

    Add tomatoes, potatoes, french beans all together and fry them for 2 minutes,, add in milk and 2 tbsp of water and allow to cook

    Add in your capsicum and stir to blend in together with the rest of the vegetables,, add curry powder and salt to your liking

  5. 5

    Serve with rice or mix them all together
