  • 3 mediumChicken Pieces
  • 1 cupRice
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1as needed Seasonal Vegetables, diced
  • 1 tbspInstant Dashi

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken as desired.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a heavy skillet and brown the chicken over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Combine remaining ingredients in the rice cooker.

    Place chicken pieces over rice. Cover and hit the switch.
