Baked butternut for breakfast
Quickly fix and not heavy on the tummy 😀
Steps

Preheat your oven at 180C.

Wash the butternut, peel and cut into thin slices around 1 inch or so

In a small bowl, add the olive oil, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Mix everything up till well incorporated.

Brush/rub your butternut slices with the mix on both sides as you transfer them to your baking tin
- 5
Place the rosemary and the unpeeled garlic cloves on top and bake for 20-25 or minutes till soft and tender ready to eat. Enjoy😊
