Ingredients

  1. 1 kgwhite wheat flour
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. Cooking oil
  4. 3 cupshot water

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix in the flour, salt and cooking oil thoroughly.

    Gradually add in the hot water as you knead to a very soft dough.

  3. 3

    Oil the chapati dough knead for a few minutes, cover and set aside for about an hour to rest.

  4. 4

    Once the hour lapses, divide the dough and roll out each dough into a very thin layer, oil it and fold it in tightly.

    Cut into equal sizes and fold in each roll separately. Repeat for the other dough.

    Cover the chapati rolls.

  7. 7

    Once the pan is medium hot, roll out the chapati balls and cook on both sides. Repeat for all the chapati balls.

    Serve the chapati with desired stew.
