Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonneutral oil
  2. 3gloves garlic chopped
  3. 2 tablespoonsginger chopped
  4. 3 tablespoonsgochujang
  5. 1 cupkimchi chopped
  6. 4 cupschicken stock
  7. 1 tablespoonfish sauce
  8. 1 blocktofu (soft or firm) diced into 1 in cubes
  9. 2 eggs
  10. 2scallions chopped into 1 in pieces
  11. 1 tablespoonChinese cooking wine
  12. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  13. Rice noodles (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in Dutch oven or large pot

  2. 2

    Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 min. Add gochujang and sauté for 1 min

  3. 3

    Add kimchi and sauté for 30 seconds

  4. 4

    Add chicken stock and fish stock and bring to a boil

  5. 5

    Once boiling, lower heat to simmer and add tofu. Simmer for 5-10 min.

    Crack eggs directly into soup and stir quickly. Eggs should become stringy (like egg drop soup)

    Add scallions, cooking wine and sesame oil. Simmer for 2 min

  8. 8

    Enjoy with a side of rice or rice noodles!

I need to know how to make I had kimchi be for but not kimchi soup.....so!! Hmm there shes excuses me!! Can I have your # I need do learn or can you teach me how to make a kimchi soup??
