My family favourite dish for breakfast or dinner with mahamri.
Cooking Instructions

Boil the cowpeas until tender rinse them with clean water then put them back in sufuria and cut the onion and the tomato on the peas drizzle the turmeric, currypoda, salt and cardom together with the chilis.

Then squeeze the coconut and remove the first heavy coconut milk and keep aside. The second coconut milk put in the peas dont put too much coconut milk let it be level with the peas put on fire and let it cook until the coconut milk remain about half a cup and remove from heat.

Now cook the heavy coconut milk until it becomes thick remove from heat and pour over the cowpeas and ready to enjoy with your love ones.
