Quick Mille-Feuille Style Bite-Sized Pork Cutlets
I made this recipe so that I could feed my hungry son, who loves mille-feuille style cutlets, lots of freshly cooked cutlets without making him wait.I got the idea for the coating from the curry bread at the bakery where I work part-time.The coating is a simple 2-step process of flour dissolved in water and panko. You don't need to take a shortcut. You can dip them the usual way in flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs if you want!If you're going to cut them, they will fall apart when freshly fried, so wait about 5 minutes. Ground Meat Cutlets Juicy with Cabbage and Pork
I enhanced the heartiness of the meat by putting lots of cabbage inside I discovered it to be more juicy and delicious this way. This is made with affordable ingredients that's very satisfying taste and heartiness. It's my family's favorite dish. When I reheated this and served it to my husband who came home late, he was amazed at how juicy and delicious they still were. The little bit of onion mixed in is the source of the slight sweetness and the juicy tastiness! Since the batter is liquid, the key is to coat the meat after shaping it into a ball instead of flattening it.Don't rub in the cabbage and onion too much, but just roughly toss with salt. Following the described steps, the key is to mix with the meat immediately. Recipe by cocorarara

Pan-Fried Pork Cutlets Seasoned with Ginger and Garlic
I bought pork cutlets to make tonkatsu, but since I didn't feel like deep-frying, I decided to pan fry it with ginger. By adding garlic, it has a nice texture as tasty as regular tonkatsu. Recently, we've been eating this a lot at home.Take care when cooking the meat to fully cook without burning. I recommend simmering the sauce until there's only a little bit left.Anything you like works for the greens. I used nanohana in the dish shown in the photos. Bitter greens is best with the meat. Ham Cutlets with Cheese
I happened to have 4 slices of ham left and I figured out this recipe to use them up.They are thin so they're easy to put in the lunch box but are quite substantial.Seal the edges tightly so as not to let the cheese seep out while shallow-frying.You don't need to cook it through that thoroughly because all the ingredients can be eaten as they are.
